The reusable bags for produce are great, I have some as well. Similar 'problem' here I'm afraid... before I know it, I have a few stacks of books, and they add up faster than I can read them. Oh well, it's one of my favourite 'problems'. 😅 x
I have another book recommendation for you. Finding the Mother Tree by Suzanne Simard. It’s the fascinating story of her discovery of tree mycorrhizae and the ‘wood wide web’
Absolutely loved the video, I love resetting too, usually involves lots of cleaning. 2 quick tips, Bananas give off ethene which causes other fruit to ripen and age faster. I have a wooden banana tree now & both my non fruit & bananas both last longer now they don’t live together. And your mushrooms will last even longer out the fridge and stored in a mushroom bag in the cupboard too.
Interestingly chestnut mushrooms, or creminis, white button mushrooms, and portobellos are all the same species, Agaricus bisporus. Maybe it's psychological but I also prefer the brown ones! If you have the chance I recommend trying different varieties, there are so many delicious kinds of mushrooms. Sorry for my mushroom evangelism I just love them! ❤
Have you ever tried leaving your whole tomatoes on the counter? I find it makes them more flavorful. :) The coldness of the fridge kinda mutes their flavor in my opinion. In my home, they still last at least a week on the counter - and even longer for grape tomatoes, 2-3 weeks.
I wanted to thank you for a book you've suggested in a previous video. I bought it and liked. I'm curious to listen to your opinion about Dear Reader, which I have already read. Thanx Molly for reminding me the importance of the present. I was reflecting on it this morning. I like your contents. They remind me that everybody can be happy even when not mainstream in terms of choices.❤

Have you tried recipes from the Bosh and Deliciously Ella cookbooks, both vegan, as you seem to eat a lot of the same foods. Also I don't know if you use Engevita but absolutely essential for a vegan diet.

Thank you for the tips!
I've also seen recommendations that banana s will last longer if you separate them.
I think it would be fun to move to more seasonal reading too
