I was about the same age as you when I suffered depersonization which bought on a panic attack I must say Out of all the people that have explained depersonization on UA-cam you nailed what it is really like remember it doesn’t last forever stay strong (:

Gosh yea this is just the beginning of the process.i feel exactly like this but i put it more into a spiritual perspective. I take it as an awakening or spiritual shifting with the earth. Im honestly not into any religion but i'm just a spiritual being. I've accepted the change and now i don't feel worried or scared.My kind of first experience was when i was sitting in the car then all of a sudden my mind went blank.Then i started to have a fainted yet clear vision. This crazy vision was showing me the universe, planets and more. I was sitting there with a dumb look on my face of shockness and numbness. That's when i then started to see more spirits and dimensional beings, I've started to see auras, holographic material in my house and outside.I came to the conclusion that when we don't feel real. Maybe its your being coming to realization that your ready to see these mysterious things underlying.Your ready to go on the earth frequency not other people that aren't ware of these things.
That sounds like quite an experience you had, it must have been scary at the time, I hope your're learning to cope with the change and remember there are always people to talk to if the experiences are starting to worry you. I do believe in a certain level of spirituality within this world and have always been told by others I am quite a spiritual person, so your perspective on the situation is really interesting to me :)

For me I feel really fuzzy and sluggish and my mind is moving slow and then I feel a click go off in our brain and I feel someone else come forward.
