Kinda becoming a little town! I still think you should build a small medical clinic. Maybe with a small bed, a few cabinets to store your first aid supplies and a sink. What if matt got sick? Gotta take care of your buddy or any customers from the grill if they got ill. Lol
You need a door straight out of the kitchen for your "smoke break" door. I know you don't smoke but you have to accommodate your cooks Kage! Plus easy access straight to your kitchen so you don't have to walk around every time =p Also I like the name "The 848" It's edgy, clean, and modern. Could even play on the name maybe like; "The Ate For Eight" Edit: yeah I made this comment just as you decided on a name =D
Half walls, with a couple of well placed pillars, around the kitchen instead of full walls, along with cabinets along those half walls (kitchen side) would give an open feel to the kitchen as well as island/bar space in place of plain 8 foot walls.

Kitchens are usually set out so that the preparation area is near the stove so you can put the food prep into cook, the fridge is usually near the prep area so you are moving less from fridge to prep area, then the sink can be on its own with space for dirty pots on one side and clean draining area on the opposite side of the sink. Books would be near a shelf or area you could sit and read them or read them while you prepare foods
In the second garage, you can put boxes in there for storage like a normal garage. If you can find that push bike again, you can also put that in there lol

Those drying racks look real good when you have whole fish hanging on them try catching one of each size and see for yourself also the lamps that use fish oil that are on the stands give off the light color thats a nice soft white color. The green looks good but if you changed it to blue walls then it could be The Riverside Blues Bar and Grill and every Friday night there is a band that plays Blues music Live.

There are some standing lamp/heaters that use firewood that will look fantastic in your dining area. They fit the theme. And you already have firewood for the fireplace so no wiring☺️
ofcorse you can have a concrete bridge, no problem. as you say, concrete roof as floor, what else can you use? what about concrete pilars? or keep 3 fundations in the middle of the river as support, thats what they do all the time irl :) and dont forget railings ;)
Since you can add walls to the sides of foundations then delete all the foundations in the water put down the walls on the edges of the foundation next to the water and then slap down the ceilings over the water
If you use followers ideas, it would be cool if you made a note of who they are and give them a shout out as it will help them feel more of a group. Plus it’s always nice to get a call out when you have a nice idea 😊

u should in ur spare time load up a freebuild save and play with building u can do some incredible stuff u wouldnt even dare try without freebuild but once u know how to do it u can easily build it legit
The bar and grill looks great, but I think the color is awful. Its ok to want a different color than the brown wood, but that bright green just hurts my eyes. It should be pretty easy for dev to make you choose the color in rgb or similar.
