We were Hudson collectors from `59 to 2009. In the late 1960s we had a black coupe with "Drive-Master." Thanks for the video, great memories. BTW: The Pacemaker later became the Wasp after the introduction of the mighty Hornet. The engine was a 232 CID inline 6.

That's a sharp lookin' '50 Pacemaker! Love the condition of the burlap colored dash (they're often faded over time). I owned a '50 Pacemaker Deluxe with overdrive/"Supermatic Drive" (Hudson's attempt at an automatic transmission). I had it for about 29 years and put over 30,000 miles on it with no major issues. The engine is indeed a 232 CID.
