I saw a video once of someone using this pigment to dye a shirt purple, but they quickly found out that armpit sweat is somewhat acidic and would chnage the color of the shirt as it got sweaty 😅

I loved this video. I have seen these color changing foods advertised, and advoided them like the plague, immediately thinking they must be LOADED with dyes and chemicals that I don't have time to research. Lol. So thank you for showing me how i could do it myself, and explainging some of the magic behind the mystery.
I know it's a little bit reversed from what you'd think! The artificial colors are actually synthesised to be SUPER stable, so they would never do this color-changing magic.
