- Meet Carwyn A Half British - Half Filipino who loves nature and adventure. In this video, he brought me around the beautiful mountains of Pamplona and to Palaypay Falls. What an amazing experience indeed. Thank you so much brother Carwyn for taking me to these places. It made me reminisce my old self back when I was in College, when life was not about stressful adulting and the only thing I had to worry about was if there was enough time to do all the things I wanted to do on that day lol.

Expat Kids Who Chose To Stay And Adopt 🇵🇭Culture Is 💯Impressive👏
Thank you so much Mauricio ❤️🙌🏻
I was totally flabbergasted listening to you Joe and Carwyn and cracking up at the same time hearing your conversation in Visayan. I felt as if I was right behind you guys in the Philippines just observing your Visayan talk in a regular session. It's very interesting when the two of you speaking the language and looking like foreigners in the Philippines. And vice-versa, I'm like a Filipino guy in America speaking the English language in an American environment. I've never expected and knew that there had been so many Americans and Europeans moved to the Philippines as I know now via Technology. I've always heard about many people migrating here in U.S.A. but not towards Philippines.
This would be definitely one of the places I want to visit and explore the natural beauty of this area specially the mountain’s view from above looking down below which is breathtaking and peaceful. The food at the Karenderia looked delicious and I'm sure the deserts this Island has to offer as well. Awesome video vlog Joe as always and the way you present it looks very natural and authentic. Mabuhay and manga Pinoy sa Pilipinas. God bless.
Thank you James ❤️🙌🏻
That’s really our goal whenever we make travel vlogs. We want the viewers to feel like they are with us the whole time we are exploring and the confirmation coming from you today truly inspires us to continue making more content 🤗
How long have you been staying in America?
Yes! There’s a lot of Europeans and Americans moving here to The Philippines. Dumaguete for one is full of foreigners now.
You should visit here one day James. So much to explore here and you are right! The desert is also great here 😁 plus, Siquijor island is just a stone throw away.
Thanks for watching our video!
God bless you and your family James! ❤️🙌🏻

I love it when I hear friends and families speaking Bisaya on Video as if I'm their next-door neighbor hearing it loud and clear. When the Larot families gather together in a Picnic by the Lake or during Christmas time, we don't speak the Visayan language anymore as we grew up here and adapted to the American culture and society but yet deep in our hearts and minds, we still know the dialect and understand it fully.
As I mentioned from your previous vlog, my families specially me, my other three brothers, older sister and my Mom left Philippines since 1977 and my other two sisters then my Dad followed after. We have lived here now for almost 47 years. There are millions of Filipinos all over the 50 states and Los Angeles, New York, and California are highly populated with Filipino-Americans. As a matter of fact, California's Attorney General is a Filipino-American the first ever to hold such position. His name is Rob Bonta and he was born in the Philippines and his parents migrated to California when he was only 2 years old. We all came here the same year when they migrated here to California. Filipino-Americans are now engaged in Politics among other Asians holding higher Political positions.
I retired last year in May from IT (Information Technology) which I spent almost my adult time working while attending college majoring in Computer Science. While I was working as an IT administrator/project manager, I was transitioning into the Ministry as my calling to be a Teacher/Pastor of the Word of God in the Bible. My wife is still working at Sutter Hospital, and she's been there for almost 27 years and will be retiring next year and hopefully we can move to the Philippines before Christmas, God willing. I hope all is well in the family. God bless.
Sure did, I had fun watching your vid, especially with you both speaking southern accent Bisaya.

@@VanandJoe Walay sapayan...thank you pod...kuyaw na ang kinabuhi dinhi.😥
Enjoy the simple things in life....that's why I left the big city on the east coast and moved to the midwest, where the people are embued with simple and honest spirit.
Very true ❤️🙌🏻 moving to the province gives you a much more simple life. Not much to stress about and if you are a spiritual person, nature is everywhere for you to meditate and unwind.
Big city on the East coast. I’m guessing New York? I can’t imagine big city life. We lived in Metro Manila for 2 years and it was a handful at times 😅
