How an we map the stages to phases?
The terms 'Stages' and 'Phases' are often used interchangeably. But where they mean different things, the answer will be specific to the context. So there is no generic answer. If you have a specific example, let me know. For example, a project may have different phases, each with its own lifecycle and therefore stages. Or you could split a lifecycle stage into phases, for example Planning stage into outline phase, detail phase, prototype phase - or delivery into build and test phases. There are so many possible combinations, you need to examine your situation and define your terms accordingly.

Can you help me with this please kind sir? (A: critical evaluation of any 3 project lifecycles (you
must include at least 2 industry specific life cycles in
your evaluation) and justify one (1) to be used for the
project).
Bobby, I am not sure exactly what you are asking.
But it does read a little like an assessment question and I have a policy not to give direct answers on assessments. It won't help you learn.

@@poopty I'd pick three very different industries, like construction, Government, and software development. Google is your friend.
@@Onlinepmcourses it's a cpm course, so its construction related, do I break down the project life circle and talk about each element?
@@poopty I would think so, because you are asked to do a critical assessment and that must include understanding the different components. But, this is really the sort of question you should be asking your course tutor.
