      कैलोरी ऊर्जा की इकाई है यानी कि ऊर्जा को कैलोरी में मापा जाता है जब आप कुछ खाते हैं तो हमें कुछ कैलोरी ऊर्जा प्राप्त होती है आमतौर पर एक वयस्क आदमी को प्रतिदिन 2500 कैलोरी की जरूरत होती है।
      अगर हम कम कैलोरी का सेवन करते हैं तो इंसान कमजोर और बीमार पड़ सकता है जबकि ज्यादा कैलोरी इस्तेमाल से इंसान सुस्त और मोटापे का शिकार हो जाता है।
      इसलिए हमें प्रतिदिन उतनी ही कैलोरी लेना चाहिए जितनी की आवश्यकता है अगर हम ज्यादा कैलरी से ले लेते हैं तो हमें वर्कआउट करके उस कैलोरीज को खर्च करना पड़ता है ताकि हम स्वस्थ रहें।
