Thanks Josh - I've watched two of your vids - very good...Informative, sincere and not too sale-sy. haha. I'm pretty much certain I'll be moving there by Sept. Won't be buying right away tho as I'm coming from Vancouver, BC and will likely rent for a year to get a good feel for things. Nob Hill is "walkable" if you carry mace, gun, club etc....Gangs have figured out that they can prey on the residents, sell drugs, boom their car music...trash heap. North Campus is a far better area and needs maybe one or two nice places to eat to be complete.
