Good video. I've always liked a right-angle die grinder to sharpen my hedge trimmer blades. I find that a 3" cutoff wheel is the perfect size. Same idea as the angle grinder in your video but, to me, easier to do if you don't have help.

Is the cutting disc underneath held flat on the blade without using the disc tip?
