They should buff every pose (except super armor) to be at least 60 seconds duration. The majority are kinda useless because of the short duration.
Fighting pose J is really helpful when you play Male Majin and his low stamina recovery.

Wow i didn’t know the effects of those abilities, a question ribrianne's ultimate attack what effects does it have? which are many poses
So it has no effects on itself, but it can be boosted up to 6 Times by Pretty Cannon or Ribriannes Lovely Showtime.
