Strike ultimates are great, too bad there aren't a lot of them.
I still miss those times in Xenoverse 1 when Blue hurricane was broken af and hit multiples times without cooldown
5 seconds. Also strike ultimates are insane now that I can see the damage so I think I'll start using some strike ultimates

To be fair they don’t do that many super crazy physical attacks that would be ultimates in the game compared to all the ki blast shit they do

How do you get that super soul
You get it in Parallel Quest 134 "Universe 7's Next God of Destruction". Just defeat Krillin and end the mission and the Super Soul should drop after some attemps :)

You've to set the Ki to Unlimited in the Training mode.
