I’m a bit late but where is this located? Does the water freeze in the winter? Does the ice move (tidal drift)? If so, is it on stilts or floating? What floating system is used? How is it secured to the shoreline? I have a similar property on a tidal lake where this set up would be ideal.

This is located on Otter Lake in Ontario, Canada. The lake does freeze in winter and we do experience ice movement. This is a floating boathouse secured by chains to the rock wall behind.
