@tylerdiedrich1947 If you really do some digging, this man grew up as a TRUST FUND baby out of California. Never has worked a day in his life. His father had an extremely successful real estate company that he had started up from scratch. When his father decided to retire, he turned the whole business over to his son, lock, stock and barrel, free of charge. Up until his father turned the business over to him, he had literally never worked a day in his life. After receiving the company from his father, he continued to "not" work, and just play. Hired a savvy partner who was actually better at running the business than his dad was. All he had to do was kick back, relax while the guy he hired ran the whole thing and he collected money, and lots of it. I'm sorry, but no respect for people that have had everything in their life LITERALLY handed to them without having to ever break a sweat.
