- The last half of the last quarter of the 1998 Australian Football League (AFL) Grand Final, which was played at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) on Saturday 26th September, 1998, between the Adelaide Football Club (The Crows) and the North Melbourne Football Club (The Kangaroos). The 102nd VFL/AFL Grand Final saw an official attendance of 94,431 spectators. The commentators for this Grand Final were Bruce McAvaney, Dennis Cometti and Sandy Roberts. Malcolm Blight was Adelaide's coach, and Denis Pagan was North Melbourne's coach.
The final score saw Adelaide defeating North Melbourne by 35 points, to win their second Premiership.
