Parade of Trains/ Vintage Subway Cars on Display and Running on the B/Q 9.10,.23 BK By Usman

9.10.23 | By Usman | BRIGHTON BEACH, Brooklyn- This Sunday Brooklynites living near the B and Q Train got to experience vintage Subway cars such as the R9s from the 1940s and the AB Standards Subway Cars from the 1900s. The event which lasted from 10AM to 4PM officially had riders riding the cars from Brighton Beach and Kings Highway Stations. Many Rail Enthusiasts enjoy events like these as seeing the older subway cars brings a sense of nostalgia. The event is held yearly every 2nd weekend of September and is organized by the NY Transit Museum.
