I used the original dough hook first, because I was waiting for the stainless one you recommended. No comparison. The stainless hook just mixed the dough without it rising up, and much quicker getting the gluten to form. Thank you, very much.
Hi bobsimple8291. My mixer does wobble slightly when using the new dough hook but that is only due to the tilt head adjustment not the hook itself. The wobble can be resolved with a turn of a screw but then it will be off when using the paddle and whisk, in my case the wobble was very slight so I left it. I made a video in the past showing how to adjust the tilt head and wobbling of the mixer. I have attached the video link in the description below, you may refer to it and see if it helps.
@@AmazingKitchen Thanks for the response! Indeed, I've tried turning the screw, and ended up with the head being too high for other attachments. I'll check it out!
@@AmazingKitchen 2 screws? I think I've seen only 1, right between the base and the motor head 👀 Anyway, I've already received my refund. I guess I'll visit their shop to see how different models work there.
So glad I discovered your video as I didnt' know an S style hook had been made for the Artisan machine. Really appreciate your analysis.
@@GettingClear Glad this video was helpful. Thanks

Does your mixer wobble while mixing the dough?
I've recently got one, but the loud noise of motor head swinging in all directions made me return it.

There are 2 screws that can be adjusted, a combination of both may cause the wobbling of the mixer head. Have you tried adjusting both screws?

Both screws were mentioned in the video I made. Hope it can help. Thanks 😊👍
