Very interesting set! Shuriken of Light showing its usefulness a lot with canceling the Supernovas, as well as the pressure to shield them. Cool to see both Gale Stab *and* Power Thrust on one moveset! Didn't know Thrust could be aimed, awesome to see those ledge hits.
i play mii swordfighter at a fairly high level and the sephiroth matchup is pretty even, not an easy one to win if the sephiroth knows what they're doing. most fights though i can be sephiroth pretty easily, mii swordfighter can rack up damage fast against him and hes pretty vunerable to tornado/up air and the 2 thrusts available to mii. roy is pretty easy with the right moveset, its really hard to make roy work well against mii, the ones that do tend to be a lot harder to play against though, not a common matchup to run into.
Another Mii Swordfighter player here! Glad to see there's more of us around. I've lost to quite a few skilled Sephiroth players, I find him quite tough. But I am also not at a high level.
@@CuteRedPanda64 he is unfortunately very bad by most people's standards I think there's serious potential but he's incredibly slow and has a small disjoint compared to other swordies so a lot of people just dismiss him
@@yeahmaybe1177 most people never played him, and they're not that slow, depending on your set up and play style, you could win even the worst matchup.
It is crazy how they have that down B and that other B move that is similar on the ground. I can not tell if the down B is being used besides when landing in rare situations.
Sriks is a degenerate tryhard using both Sephiroth and then Roy and he still loses. Shishyo uses a low-mid tier Mii Swordfighter, but he makes him the real deal. Nice to see some low-mid tier representation.
