Can you beat Fallout 4 (can be whatever game you want tbh) while addicted to every chem and fully crippled as a baby. (Could be on the hardest difficulty if you wanna torture yourself even more)
I wouldn't have expected you'd get through the tunneler hive with just a BB gun. That place shreds me even when I'm using proper equipment. Running was the correct solution.
I tried talking Ulysses down my first time as well. For some wierd reason if you go the independent New Vegas route, but don't immediately kill House, lonesome road recognizes your choices in favor of the Old World ending and not Wild Card. Plus if you do it that way the speech checks for Vegas fail.
I tried to kill a protection with the abilene kid version, only reason I could was because of the increased critical hits, normally it took around 20 shots to get the health to go down by a single notch
I know it's been four months now, but I can't help noticing you missed the third level of riot armor available after EDE leaves you. It's the only armor I ever leave the Divide with, and I basically never take it off after that
The title reads "can you beat lonesome road with a BB gun?". With that qualification, I'd say using an antimat rifle with a BB gun in the inventory would count via loophole but I appreciate the dedication to making much more entertaining content.
My first experience with lonesome road was my seconf playthrough at level 3 as i wanted to speedrun all dlcs and not understanding what ones i should do first i ran straight to the coolest sounding one and saw level 25 recommendation and said nah im that guy, it was the most painful hours of my life and i trugged through suffering while trying to keep everything i could possibly sell
For these runs instead of the rule being "Can only use X weapon" you should change it to "Can only deal damage to enemies with X weapon" that way you don't have to worry about things like the detonator or shooting the radios in Dead Money.
I don't think I used Ede's weapon repair once in lonesome road. That dlc has so much shit that during my playthrough I needed to get strong back and a few other item related skills just to carry the useful junk in my inventory. I went into lonesome road on my most recent character with about 5 weapon repair kits and came out with about 40 of them. I'd say it's one of the best places to make money while avoiding missing the point of dead money considering that the commissaries replenish caps instantly meaning you don't have to wait 3 days to sell off 30 grand worth of armour and weapons you'll never use
I don't think the laser detonator should invalidate this because it does no damage it might be considered a weapon but unless you do the mini nuke ammo glitch for it then it can't hurt anyone or help you besides moving forward. Awesome video btw 😁
I read the title and got PTSD flashbacks. First time doing lonesome road, I was max level, and had an antimaterial rifle and the special gauss rifle only available if you don't take the wild wasteland perk, and that DLC still took about 400 stimpacks and 85% of my sanity to beat
I love how the Centinel Marked Man with the Red Glare stopped shooting you when he witnessed that a human being made his way into the devide and scrapped all the heavy weaponry he had on hand to only use a Toy-Gun with such grace he knew he wasn't kidding... An event that enlightened him and made him remember that deep down he once was still a human... way before the NCR and the legion... someone who much like him didn't live for the thrill and blood, but rather to live his life the best he could represented by the Courrier's loyalty to his weapon... Thus making him drop his ways and sit on the edge of that destroyed building to see how far he has gone... Only to have E-De fucking atomize him 😂
This video inspired me to do this DLC right after I make my way from Goodsprongs to Primm. I figured if Nerbit could beat the DLC with a BB gun, I could do it at level 2. I was right, it was probably easier too.
honestly a full luck build with finesse and 1st recon beret + the unique bb gun variant is pretty OP. Combine that with the weird exploit of being able to wear hats with helmets and you've got some serious close range damage potential
Nerbit: "I planned to leave him be-" ED-E: "Your free trial to life has expired!" *turns marked man to ash* Nerbit: "Wait, what did you say ED-E?" ED-E: ""
If a game has a long lift and/or elevator, you KNOW you're going to be swarmed by enemies either waiting for it or while riding it. Unless it's a weaponless horror game, in which case the cable line will snap and the lift will fall.

Can you beat Fallout 4 (can be whatever game you want tbh) while addicted to every chem and fully crippled as a baby. (Could be on the hardest difficulty if you wanna torture yourself even more)
Would probably work good for New Vegas as I think your crippled limbs heal over time in 4
Quick answer. Probably but who hates themselves that much
@@Nerbit13098 Check out Mitten Squad. He stayed crippled although I forget how.
@@icycrusader1947 He used the console to break his limbs so he could use stims without healing his limbs
@@mastermikey7984 yeah I wouldn't be able to do that then, I have the game on Xbox
I wouldn't have expected you'd get through the tunneler hive with just a BB gun. That place shreds me even when I'm using proper equipment. Running was the correct solution.
The big part of me thought you were going to use laser detonator and hotkey the ammo to use BBs to have an automatic bb gun
I tried talking Ulysses down my first time as well. For some wierd reason if you go the independent New Vegas route, but don't immediately kill House, lonesome road recognizes your choices in favor of the Old World ending and not Wild Card. Plus if you do it that way the speech checks for Vegas fail.
I love the thumbnail, because it would literally be more effective than actually shooting the fuckin thing
Fun fact! The cowboy perk gives the biggest bonus to damage for this weapon at a whopping +1 as opposed to bloody mess’s +0.2
I tried to kill a protection with the abilene kid version, only reason I could was because of the increased critical hits, normally it took around 20 shots to get the health to go down by a single notch
Something about everything just goes limb when some BBs plinks off of them is simply beautiful
*disapprovingly shaking head*
I know it's been four months now, but I can't help noticing you missed the third level of riot armor available after EDE leaves you. It's the only armor I ever leave the Divide with, and I basically never take it off after that
+5 crit, 23 weight, Medium.
It's by far the best armor in the game up there with Sierra Power Armor
overrated
@@yourehereforthatarentyou then what’s your favorite armor set? Please tell me so I can compare the two and gather my own opinion on the them

The title reads "can you beat lonesome road with a BB gun?". With that qualification, I'd say using an antimat rifle with a BB gun in the inventory would count via loophole but I appreciate the dedication to making much more entertaining content.
Ayo how the fu-
My first experience with lonesome road was my seconf playthrough at level 3 as i wanted to speedrun all dlcs and not understanding what ones i should do first i ran straight to the coolest sounding one and saw level 25 recommendation and said nah im that guy, it was the most painful hours of my life and i trugged through suffering while trying to keep everything i could possibly sell
BULL AND THE BEAR
And that's the whole dlc lol
Ulysses: "The divide is destroyed so I'm going to kill everyone"

Bad bait
@@sleepytwink4 but is it bait or satire?
Common dilemma nowadays
@@fallongarens6734 a fair point, i just assume bait when the opinion is this rank
I read the title and got PTSD flashbacks. First time doing lonesome road, I was max level, and had an antimaterial rifle and the special gauss rifle only available if you don't take the wild wasteland perk, and that DLC still took about 400 stimpacks and 85% of my sanity to beat
I couldn't help but notice how you neglected to take the cowboy perk and restricted yourself to only 80% of your maximun possible damage
I've played through lonesome road so many times but those satchel charges continue to be the bane of my leg's existence
"i have hit the deck, traps aren't gonna be a problem"
- me before loading this dlc
Oh. So it was not ol Lincoln coming for vegas
I continue to wait nerbit
We shall get there soon, didn't want to make too many of them too close together, feel like it would lose its charm :)
Only to have E-De fucking atomize him 😂
Can you kill everyone using only the Mysterious Stranger? *
*approvingly nods my head* if you cant see it it cant hurt you
Oh god I can't wait to see the usyless fight
It was an interesting encounter to say the least
This video inspired me to do this DLC right after I make my way from Goodsprongs to Primm.
I figured if Nerbit could beat the DLC with a BB gun, I could do it at level 2. I was right, it was probably easier too.
How get Nerbit to like your dialogue in 3 easy steps:
1. 'Courier'
2. bear bull bear bull bear bull bear bull
3. Repeat ad infitum
honestly a full luck build with finesse and 1st recon beret + the unique bb gun variant is pretty OP. Combine that with the weird exploit of being able to wear hats with helmets and you've got some serious close range damage potential
Nerbit: "I planned to leave him be-"
ED-E: "Your free trial to life has expired!" *turns marked man to ash*
Nerbit: "Wait, what did you say ED-E?"
ED-E: ""
I have played lonesome road over 10 times and it took me watching this video to realise that all unique mark mens names start with B. Thanks.
Yes another video
Every Friday if I can help it :)
You can actually blow up warheads by shooting them
Wooo!
:)
This may have been done but I have a challenge idea: "Can you beat Fallout: New Vegas with only...a shovel?"
If a game has a long lift and/or elevator, you KNOW you're going to be swarmed by enemies either waiting for it or while riding it.
Unless it's a weaponless horror game, in which case the cable line will snap and the lift will fall.
Or a story event will happen
...and then there's Mass Effect, which uses the long elevator rides purely as a loadscreen.
I saw this video but couldn't watch is when it came out because I was in the middle of playing Lonesome Road myself, I'm finally done with it and this video is better than I could have even imagined!
Can you beat FNV as big purple snappy man? Kill half the named characters😂
So every npc you flip a coin and have a 50/50 chance of killing them
Imagine being the one chapter of the BOS who got killed by a guy with a bb gun
Was there a BB gun in fallout 4?
Two years late but no. No BB gun, although there is a mod to add one on Nexus mods
I saw the thumbnail and let out an audible sigh because I new this challenge would be hell
Pretty much me before I started recording if I'm honest

I remember doing the main game myself a few years ago, very hard, hardcore mode on, you’re the first person I’ve seen actually do the BB gun run iirc
The unique variant is a life saver.
That superslam comment reminds me of when I was a kid and went into the quarry with enclave power armor, the alpha deathclaw hit me and ragdolled me all the way back to the entrance, as in, I went flying at 50 meters a second because my poor courier got hit by an organic semi-truck, and nearly dead with half of my body crippled, I watched in vain as the super sonic speed of the special deathclaws ensured the last two swipes killed me before I could even get up.
It's funny when you realize the lonesome road dlc is just two mailmen that really hate each other.
I saw the thumbnail and reflexively let out an "Oh no" at the sight. Best of luck to you mate.
Can I tell you why lonesome Road is my favorite DLC the armor, the armor, just the armor. It looks so cool now so don’t forget the shoulder mounted machine gun and well red glare.
