Amazing work dude! Super satisfying seeing people put in the effort of marking and measuring everything - makes the final product really show the skill and the time put into the piece. Very true to how it is in game, you've done it great justice!
@@GGBandyta for 30 $ it'z pretty cheap and not created by hand. A knife like this with 50+ hours of works it might be like $300+. And for 300 dollars it's pretty cheap too. 50hrs x minimup paid/hrs = 500+$ (minimum in my country is 10.57€/hrs) and with thé matérials use it worth for me 1000$ +
I appreciate that you handcrafted this unlike the sites that order them in bulk from china, shows a real higher quality of standard when time and effort is put into it.
i watched this cause i didnt belive you made it yourself when i saw this on anomalys vide because of the high quality but i was wrong and im suprised anomaly actually watched the video
Almost every thing is nice. I am very empressed. He put so much effort but at the end he made a crappy pomel construction. He already made the knife full tang, hammer the tang through the pommel and take out those tiny bolts
I would say it took me about 2 - 3 years to get to this level. This was my 3rd M9 attempt. However, if you are very serious about knife-making you can probably make a knife of similar or superior quality in about 6 - 7 months, granted you have the right equipment. Thank you for the comment!
@@VertexBladeworks Ty for the response, that's actually not a lot of time for this useful skill man :) Will there be any new Knife crafting vids? I stumbled upon you because of Anomalys unboxing vid and i literally watched all 3 of your vids without blinking. Keep 'em going and good luck in more knife making, even if you do not film it xD
Outstanding work, real master in his field. If I might be so bold to make a suggestion even though its not my place, but I would try to find a way to secure the steel pommel directly to the tang and not the handle. Because if this is going to be a military hard use knife, and some one starts pummeling the butt of the knife in the field trying to break something I seriously doubt those two little pins would hold up to that level of abuse. That pommel will almost certainly break off. I would have cut a hole at the end of the tang and a corresponding hole through the pommel. Cut a square hole through the pommel so the tip of the tang fits directly through it. And then drive a thick pin through the side of the pommel through the hole in the tang and out the other side of the pommel. Its just an idea nevertheless phenomenal job.
i am somewhat of a mechanical engineer in HS rn and im thinking about doing something like this in a couple of years for like my final project - do you think its possible with more limited tools than you have for a beginner-intermediate at working with metals to make a knife like this? love your work.
Yes, it is absolutely doable provided you spend a lot of time. Simple jigs might come in handy to get crisp lines (file/angle grinder jigs). Don't be discouraged if you mess it up and have to start all over again :)
@@VertexBladeworks I've been learning about it on UA-cam and it seems like the hardest parts would be making the forge and tempering, but i have a couple years to figure it out haha. Thanks for the advice!
Excellent full tang improvement. I made one from a large Solingen bowie blade + an original handguard and factory made butt attachment. I custom made American black walnut grip scales and a harness leather sheath. It fits and attaches to my Mossberg 590 perfectly and looks very intimidating.
Beautiful, but I will say that's blue steel skin, because case hardened even in blue gem pattern, has anywhere a little bit of this yellow color. But still very nice, I love it!
Gorgeous knife! How did you attach the handle? Think I missed something since i only saw the 2 pins going in the back but doubt that is enough to mechanically join the 2?
Love the vids! Very inspiring, really skillful work aswell! If you don’t mind me asking, what was the song that started at around 9:13? Keep doing what you do!
increible la precision que se tomo para elavorar este cuchillo, mas que un buen video es un excelente video muy preciso todo calculado y bien ejecutado perfecto
Not really. This particular knife wouldn't do a very good job in the field since it has been heat-treated at a very high temperature for its signature color to appear. I am still not very confident about the performance of my field knives as much as I am with my kitchen knives. So I will think about it once I improve my design a little bit. Thanks!
Holy shit, amazing! :D
Glad you liked it man! Can’t wait to see your reaction :)

Thank you very much my friend! Glad you liked it!
I was wondering if someone will ever create CS:GO knives IRL, gg wp.
U can buy some csgo knife (I don't know the quality) on some market, like karambit, butterfly,...
@@GGBandyta What I meant exactly was people making these and creating content about it, good story btw.

a bunch of CSGO knives are based off of IRL knives, the flip knife is based off of the benchmade bedlam for example.
There's the french website knify that does nearly all the CS go knifes with few skins possible. Stattrak and renaming them is even a possibility

This looks utterly amazing! The blade looks so surreal, the handle matches perfectly, everything just comes together in the end! Amazing work!
Amazing blade making skills, Hope to see more :D
Jezus get this man some more recognition, He truly deserves it. Just look at that art is actually it honestly is like art. Incredible well done man!
Such an underrated knife craftsman. It looks great, well done
i know it hard but transfering hard material into masterpiece is the most satisfying thing to see
The sounds are so soothing. The quality of this video is excellent. I would instantly try to flip it around like the game and drop it. 😂
Hahahaha, totally tried flipping it around but had to hold myself after spending so much time on it lol. Thanks for the kind comment I appreciate it!
WOW!! Beautiful knife! Love the blue color too. It really sets that blade off spectacularly. And you now have a new subscriber.
This was without doubt the most awesome thing I've seen in a while!
Very special knife! Cause you was not bullied in any ways by Anomaly when he unboxed that knife! Good job, keep it up!
this is so cool, good job sending to anomaly never would of seen it otherwise, could you do pattern knifes like crimson webs?
Much appreciated. I never experimented with patterns before. But I am definitely planing on looking into it in the future.
@@VertexBladeworks i'm no expert but bobby duke arts or alec steele might be able to help with patterning a knife
this deserves so much more attention
this is one of the coolest things ive ever seen made in metal work
idk why but this made my day, keep doing what you love man
imo thats fucking amazing! 10/10 would watch anomaly open another gift + watching the video of how you crafted it
bruh how can someone be soo talented while i can barely breath
nice work dude!!
this video is really really good, nice editing, camera work and sound.
Wow this was so cool to watch. Great editing can’t wait for more content

Totally go for it my man, you won't regret it.

Definitely mad skills love your work truly. Good job
i did advanced milling in a course and i find it amazing how clean those holes come out without a a clamp.
magic :)
Insane work dude, this is literally a piece of art!!
The music goes great w the video, amazing work
13:43 glad to see you made it full tang. I guess it's must be stronger than the original one.

bruh i wasnt paying that much attention to anomalys wideo and i tought its plastic. now im like damn you put a lot of work into it
This is insane! I saw the knife unboxing and now the build and it is very cool.
This is sick, I'd love this if it were a lighter blue more like a blue gem though
It definitely looks much darker on camera than it does in real life.
That's some excellent workmanship! Wow!
The handle looks amazing!
It's cool the thing holding the oil when you're outside is an old ammunition box.
Really nice! I enjoyed watching this :)
