- This video is my entry to #pikalabs Halloween Film Competition. As it's the 85th anniversary of the Orson Welles Halloween broadcast, telling the story of H.G. Wells The War Of The Worlds, I decided to do a highly abbreviated short film of that. Amazingly, this entire video is comprised of still images, transformed into videos by Pika Labs.

This is my entry for Pika Labs Halloween Competition where you use Pika Labs to turn still images into videos and create a short film out of them. I decided to do a tribute to this also being the 85th anniversary of the Orson Welles broadcast and I literally started on this a few hours ago and the deadline (for me) is in 20 minutes, so it's not quite as long as I wanted it to be and I had to condense it down quite a bit, but hopefully it's still okay. XD

i love the use of your correa tripods. but i feel like if you implemented more features then you could make it a proper war of the worlds.
but i like this even though its not as perfect.
Thank you! Yeah I sometimes consider creating a long film of the story, this I just did in a few hours for competition.

@@pupbenny but i wish in more future projects that you would update the designs with several versions.
implementing more features that do exist in the correa tripod have not yet been seen. their designs may seem simple but they are confusing and alien.
