Keto/gluten free sausage rolls/easy Low carb sausage rolls (A NEW DOUGH)

These sausage rolls are so amazing and I’ve created a new dough which tastes much better!!...these rolls are great as a snack and can be frozen too !!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup almond flour
1 tbsps baking powder
1 tsp xantham gum
3 heaping tbsps cream cheese
1 egg
1 tbsp olive oil
Sausages (take off the skin)

Can you tell me which brand of Almond flour you used. Mine is not light colored like that, it has brown almond flecks and comes out very coarse.

Michael and Carol Blackburn hi 👋🏻....you are using almond meal which is made with the skin on the almonds ....get yourself blanched almond flour ...if you type these words you will get loads online....I use many different brands like bobs red mill, whole foods and many more from Amazon....almond meal will always have brown specs in it while blanched almond flour will be yellowish white ...cheers ...I hope that answers your query

Answering my own question: The uncooked dough freezes beautifully and is ready for use whenever you thaw it out.
