One hasta pay admission... Lots of coil and release. Works wonders in trials and transcribes to mountain in so many ways! Jason's segment... my temptation is to stick it to the front, wheel swap followed up with pedalkick dismount, cause triasy is soooo fun as a changeup.
You are AWSOME, AMAZING and your work is IMPRESSIVE! I haven't told any of my friends that I'm watching your videos and I'm practicing on the trail myself. In the last ten months, the progress has been incredibly great, more than in the last couple of years!!!! Thank you very much for sharing this knowledge with us!!! Greetings from the Swiss Alps!
Great stuff! I'm new to mountain biking and looking to learn as many of the techniques possible. Fortunately I found this channel! You lost me at the 2nd technique though. I had to rewatch that portion of the video ~10x due to all the quick short video cuts between the side shots and you explaining what's going on with your hands, which made it challenging to follow. With all the other techniques you pretty much kept the side angle video up the entire time as you explained what was going on, which made it much easier to follow.
Good stuff. This is the first time I seen one of your edits and I think it's good. I would say I'm an advanced rider but always open to learn. The more skills edits out there the better so I'm good with whatever you drop.
Great explanations - would have preferred of you made the rider full screen in the demos as your body got in the way and distracted. But all in all fabulous instructional video
@@mountainbikeacademy I'm just me but yes I do prefer the longer format. One thing I was thinking about at the end of the presentation was that if your targeting both beginners and intermediate riders then discussing if there is any differences in riding technique between flats and clipless.
It's 95% the same really, only difference is in super chunky DH and other techniques with wheel lifts, but it's miniscule. even jumping is fine either way.
Like this video and share it with a riding buddy! Let’s share this to help riders get some wheel lift action!
I prefer this format, really helps to see it slowed down. Thanks.
Keep up what your doing man!
Long/short videos doesn’t matter. Your info really helps on the trail.
I appreciate that!
My slow brain loves the long, detailed format.
ps.: honestly both are great and helpful.
My hunch was this. Thank you!

The fine details are important to study and visualize. I like your professional format, you're an excellent teacher. Thank you for the hard work
Super! Thanks and that means a lot 🙌
I prefer this format, better for learning/understanding, thanks!

I appreciate it! yeah I agree the best rises to the top so hopefully I can compete!
Great video. I appreciate the multiple views and spending time on the details.
Long format is great - thanks!
Super! Glad to hear.
What about using your pedal to help climb
Like BMX or Trials riders.
Like a 30 to 36in height to navigate
Thanks for another great video. I like this longer more detailed explanation format.
definitely prefer the longer videos like this. thanks for the info 🤙
Appreciate the feedback - thank you!
Brilliant video❤ You give very important guides and explain everything step by step. Slow motion very helpful. Perfect. Keep it doing😊
Thanks a lot 😊
this format is actually very helpful. Thank you!
Lots of ppl are saying so haha thank you!

Sorry about that - good feedback. I'm super used to looking at the screen in front of me like a weather man but haven't done this but twice!
I like this format.
Cool-better than the other ones? Just trying to see what’s better!!! Thanks

Very good ! Format helps to visualise. Thx!
The slow motion explanation is so easy to understand
I like this slow format, 👍🏽
I like both, but the longer videos allows me to dive deeper into the skills and learn better.
That's lit Jason
Does this work with hardtails, too?
There's an old Seth's Bike Hacks video of him showing this technique with a picnic table. Prob also a master class in early UA-cam film techniques.
Yeah it's been around for a while :)
this is much better🙂
wish learn more
super - keep at it!
I have a sneaking suspicion that my timing is shit and I'm starting this too late. Hmmm. Things to think about and go practice.
this is better 🙂
Noted! I'll keep putting out more like this
Use your legs more than your hands 👍🏻
good start!
