to me, most fascinating path this channel could take is you tasting and telling us stories about incredible collection you have. I mean not many people have collection like that and have an opportunity to share tasting with others.
"So please, enjoy wine and relax!" Almost a philosophical reflection on this 100th episode. Memorable! Just like that dinner in the south of France. Without these experiences you will not come to these kinds of reflections. An enrichment, thanks.
Congrats! I saw almost all of your videos from Europe (I'm studying for the DipWSET) and I learned a lot from your experience on Bordeaux and your perspective of a US buyer. But above all (I'm sure I can speak on behalf of all the viewers) I want to say you're the kind of person great wines were made to be shared with. Unpretentious, level-headed and generous with honest opinions. I think having some producers on the channel (live or via video call) is a great idea. Also some actual tasting on camera would be nice: capturing your "real time reaction" to a wine would add a bit of drama. Another content I'd watch is a scan through of the wine list of a famous restaurant, picking wines of different style and price points based on quality, value, markup etc. That's when all of the wine knowledge becomes really useful for the average consumer, and you only have few minutes to choose the right bottle. I'd love to hear your thinking process.
Congrats, Tom!!!!!! I have truly loved your channel since we found it. I have learned so much from your insights and experience. Cheers!! Hopefully in person some day

Congrats on 100! I found your channel a few weeks ago and as a 28yo wine enthusiast from California I found a great deal of useful information.
Congrats! 🎉🍷
Yay 100! Just don't try to be a copy of everyone else. I really like your bordeaux futures videos - hope the stats back me up.
