- Two Royal Air Force Puma HC2 medium support helicopters land at Wellington Barracks to drop off what appear to be British Army cadets, before taking off, circling London and then landing again. Prior to this they had also disembarked NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, that video can be seen here: • Jens Stoltenberg visit...

Did he pay for the ride himself? What a ridiculous and wasteful way to travel.
Its a great way to get around ULEZ
🤣🤣
That’s exactly what I thought, there is no way they could be Euro 6 ULEZ😂😂😂😂 I better they didn’t get the PCN in the post😂😂😂😂
So cool. A London taxi those cadets will never forget.
I have Puma's flying over my house on a regular basis, from RAF Benson and landing at the JR hospital. Always amazed at the pilots skill.
When I was in the cadets on summer camp many moons ago some of our group got to fly in a Wessex up the Thames and past the Houses Of Parliament. I got the consolation prize of a Puma flight which was thrown around the sky a bit and a Wessex which left me near deaf for three days. Amazing that the Puma is still in service.
Wow! Quality precision flying by the pilots. Awesome camera work too btw. Well done 🙂
then 10 of the modest unathletic people disembark
@@leonhughes9014 LMAO!! 🤣😂
Back in the 90s I was lucky enough to go on RAF CCF camp in Germany - had a few trips in Pumas, doing “hedge hopping” as they called it! Fantastic opportunities for young people to get a taste of Forces life
I did as well, in the 70s i was in the CCF (Army) at Hamm in Germany and we had a 20 minute flight in a Wessex.
Fantastic. God Bless
Fantastic. These are Brilliant Aircraft and Air Men .
Are you for real?
Agreed Paul, but let's not forget the pilots may be non binary gender undecided still thinking about it so we can't say Air men I'm afraid ☺️
@@paulcolville5972 airmen are enlisted men so they would not be pilots in the raf. Basics muca!
@@tomjones8715 I've a feeling drollness flies well above your head.
@@paulcolville5972 I have a feeling you read to much main stream media!
That is so cool. Great footage :)
Nuff respect to our armed forces 👏 ❤
Fantastic and awesome footage of the SA.330 Puma helicopters in action in a confined space of London 😱😁👍
Great footage as always!
Tight. Proper job!
Nice video! Love to see some aviation again!
Lovely and versatile helicopters…
Très belle vidéo !!
Nice catch ........one way to get around London
Prep for this weekend coming
تحية الى لندن العظمة 😘😘
Awesome video!!
Bloody hell that’s a tight fit.
Great flying air crew
Legend has it TFL are still waiting for £12.50 each payments for two non-compliant helicopters
Amazing!
Not quite like landing at Bessbrook Mill or Baghdad airport I imagine
Precision flying by the pilots and not a common sight
Amazon deliveries are getting ridiculous.
Police school: oh, i forgot the helmets. Let's get back quickly. 😂
They should be landing on parliament and pulling a junta before its to late for the country.
The Puma's have served well. Will be sorry to see them go.
Two Super Pumas fly into London. The end. What a shocker. Slow news day?
We get Chinooks flying in regularly over London.
Were they dropping off ACF cadets or Sandhurst cadets? If it's the former...when's my turn???
Were they arrested for blocking the road?
When you Need the toilet in an emergency 😂
Pumas are beautiful
0.07 its all about me 😂😂. Ex-Guardsman 💂♂️🏴🇨🇦
was it TOM AGAIN BRILLIANT NO COBRA all at dover sir
they came in fast.
Is this a yearly event I'm sure I've seen this before?
This was filmed a while ago.
That's the QRF sorted then .
You can imagine a Westminster Traffic Warden….. and what bolllocks they would say…🙄
Love to see the traffic warden write down the aircraft's registration code and look that up on the DVLA's computer.
'Entry not found error".
"picking up, or dropping off?" :)
how much did they have to pay in congestion charge?
This is history... Wednesday , 9th of November 22 .
Military uber service. What was it cost to make this drop off.
Testing the new flymo’s
Bet they didnt pay the congestion charge and just beat ULEZ too
Joint chiefs?
Dropping off some last minute catering?
Good to know border security has been tightened both now & during UK plus WW3.
Noisy aren’t they.
Was prince andrew going for a round of golf lol
In Scotland a hospital near Inverness has landing on roof as does QE Birmingham
What has that got to do with this video?!
As does Kings College hospital london
They are experts in avoiding danger..
Unlike my tackle
Were they serving service men & women.....
No they were not. At 2:06 there was a woman with a dyed pony tail. She was not military. Nor were many of the people who preceded her. Did you see the way they walked? These were scribblies or civil servants on jollies. If they were British military the 19th Moscow Boy Scouts could defeat Britain in about 4 minutes.
@@Trevor_Austin yep, didn't look like regs.
Yip .. they don’t allow children at the bar
@@GaryFÓBrien IT folk possibly...
Cadets by the look of it. It’s opportunity to do this that makes the cadet services the best youth organisations in the country.
Komrade Khan will eventually find a way to ULEZ RAF flights.
Soon be electric 😂😂😂

While I could never be called a royalist but since her majesty the queen passed away I’ve been questioning my views on her and the sadness of her passing.I was born in 1961 and I’ve grown up with her majesty always being there through thick and thin, through all the ups and downs and I can’t help but feel a sadness that doesn’t seem to go away and so now we have an untested and new sovereign being crowned soon and to some they see uncertainty and doubt but like everything else when there’s change some will rebel and some will adapt to the new so please people give him a chance and time to do what is right for the kingdom. 🙏🙏🙏
Couldn't they have used a car, bus or train? It's not exactly environmentally friendly in terms of noise and pollution, is it? Especially for only 1 or 2 people.
A great idea, the next time our forces go to war they could all go by bus, train or EV whilst holding weapons with a health warning🙄
This was not a mission.
Ah we'll cut back the miltary pilots hours in the air for you, you obviously believe any flights in the uk are meaningless 🤔 Critical thinking is not your best skill is it, dear?
@@steveatkins814 👈it wasn’t a war , Doh.
Just taxpayers money going down the drain!!!
@@GWills-ys6rd Who cares they are only a few thousand quid an hour and the crew and passengers need to practice using them. Pollution and noise well who cares. We have so few helicopters that they will make no impact whatsoever on the environment.
you cant park there mate
Well who could this be hmm
well they have to get there milk for the tea avoids the traffic
not for sea king helicopters
Coronation chicken!
Wow UK military helicopters landing on the street. (I am joking it is a sight to see) With that said, this happened all the time in N. Ireland when I was growing up.
helicopters land in middle of city on street ?
Its obvious you never grew up in N.Ireland as it always happened.
F35 next? 😅
It's an escape route for big ears, should something go terribly wrong.
All that just for some helmets 🪖 😂
The landing at QE is big enough for Chinnock
No one cares… and it’s spelled ‘CHINOOK.’
Thought this was a midget squad at first
Why is the minstery of defence wasting money flying puma helicopters around lo Don when they should be used elsewhere its because of jugs ears coronation wasting defence budget money again onhim
Another blatant waste of tax $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
Hawk eyes central out
They needed the toilet.
Why don’t they use drones
The passengers fall off the top. 🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️
There are no certified passenger carrying drones.
SF pilots I expect. They could land on six pence .
No such thing.
SF use ordinary squadron pilots
Airdropping donuts🍩🍩
white ufo or drone 0.30 first helicopter landing
That’s just a plane, with the sun light shining on it
YEAH RIGHT
No markings at all. mmmm
Time index 2:00, a red and blue RAF roundel is visible on the side of the Puma.
And at 2:12, you can just about make out the black text which says "Royal Air Force" next to the roundel.
And both clearly visible at 2:21
They are marked.
What appears to be missing is an aircraft registration code which is typically present on military helicopters on the tail boom next to the roundel.
2 helicopters and about 30 troops to pick up a bag full of footballs seem excessive.
People like you need a warning label. Pilots need to keep their hours up, they need practice to travel to different locations, different types of environments, weather and lighting, pilots get upgraded equipment that they need to practise with and trial some due on the market, pilots convert to new aircraft, trial replacements after mechanical difficulty, personnel on exercise were not accessible by car or some highly isolated location and theres a logistically needed quicker transit time, offering 'free rides' to personnel to improve staff retention and cadets aids recruitment in the medium term.
Those are just a few reasons off the top of my head for why they might fly when seemingly unnecessary to an idiot. The reason we are superior to the general public in skills, experience and proven track record is dedication and practice that I can guarantee you will not do in your lifetime. There's a reason civvies could not create a new hospital from scratch in 10 days during covid 🙄
Dangerous landing in such small space...need rooftop helipads
No different to a HEMS or SAR Helo landing
🤣🤣 there was loads of room. That’s what they’re trained for.
@@envy99976 LOL yeah
the tree branches are trained for breaking off ... this is accident waiting to happen
Do you reckon on this was their first time landing? That they were training? They can do this under heavy fire. But you’re right, it was a little cloudy aswell
@@tobehonest7541 You really don’t know what you’re writing about.

Could you explain?
Exactly 💯
Choppers are practising as Saturday the boys in black will be on board 1 in the air above KC at all times and 1 sat on the ground ready to move. Watch during the procession it will be sat hot, engines turning and burning.
So few can see what's happening which is so sad. KC will advance their plans he is absolutely owned by the cabal since D was removed by them at his request. Now he realises how he was entrappedabd the middleman now heads the largest civil contractor to .Gov KC has no option but obey.
All the methods that they will use are being beta tested in different countries eg restricted N on farms in NZ and NL election rigging in US, 15 min zones on UK and NZ. When they have refined those measures they will implement them in every country at same time. When? After the next bank crash!
i am in the army
sAS?
What a waste of money whilst the real hero's the nurses have to virtually live of food banks
Nurses that earn 30k don't need food banks
