@@jennydaniels6875 After a long and difficult process of contemplation, prayer, and seaking advice, I have made the decision to retire from touring with Blackberry Smoke. I will be pursuing a regular ol day job at home again. This decision was not made quickly or lightly. Many factors were involved in this equation, but the bottom line is that it is time for me to be home with my wife Aileen, and to be around for our respective families. This doesn't mean I will be a stranger, it is just a new chapter in our lives together. I will miss my band family as well as all the brothers and sisters out there on the road. Please know that I love you all and hope to see many of you at the shows this month. April 27 in Baton Rouge will be my final night on the road. Please keep Aileen and me in your prayers as we follow this new path. ❤️🙏
