    Sir can the workout regime like shoulder /biceps and back (or any particular set) be done at night (about an hour before sleep) ?

      According to many studies, Its not recommended to workout just before the bed because after workout the body temperature increases which may affect your sleep quality. But it varies person to person, some people find it helpful in getting a better sleep. And other thing is if you take a pre workout (which is generally high in caffeine) or eat a heavy meal after the workout then that may keep you awake. So avoid caffeinated pre workout at night if you’re planning to workout late night. You can give it a try and see how it works for you.

    Sir arms nahi badh rhe utna hi size h 6 month se... Chest shoulder easily grow ho jate hai... Arms ki koi tips batao please superset bhi include krke dekh liye

      @@FitnessMyLife can you suggest workout for abs as I get cramps on abdomen whenever I stretch or do workouts of other body parts. This make me anxious of giving the abs workout a try.
