My 10yr old and I love your videos. He wants to try every recipe that you make. We try to modify some of them a bit as we don't eat meat. We tried the banana oatmeal bake. It came out well.
And what we like is that there is no fancy stuff needed at all. Even my kid feels confident in making them

I’m not SUPER heath conscious, but this looks really good, so I’m probably just gonna use Queso instead of nacho cheese, a normal deep fried tostado, and I’ll probably still use sour cream because I like it :) I wanna get into cooking, and this seems pretty simple

I’m not so keen on coriander/ cilantro, so I used a little bit of tarragon instead. It will work just as well!
