Why don't just that kiran kmbrough wife and his children and his parents showing their face into the tv after kiran kimbrough was fired by the killing of johnny hollman. Not close their face or runaway or close the door

All the man had to do was sign the ticket.

He does not have to sign the ticket.

Why didn't you sign the ticket?

Some officers do not explain the signing of the ticket well enough. They need to explain that signing the ticket is NOT an admission of guilt----it does NOT mean that the driver agrees with the ticket. It simply means that the driver acknowledges receipt of the ticket, and the info on it, such as amount owed, court date, etc. Too many officers simply say, "Sign the ticket, or I have to take you to jail." The drivers presume that their signature is an admission of guilt, and refuse to sign. If it were explained to them better, they would sign.

For a traffic ticket? More officers need to take anger management classes and learn how to deescalate a situation.....This fficer should have just sat in his patrol vehicle to cool off and call for a supervisor like the victim asked. It was his right.

      Maybe.
Mr. Hollman should had taken some 'anger management classes' himself.
Then he would still be alive, more than likely. Instead he blew his cool with the police office who was only responding to a call.

You do not have a right to have a supervisor, it’s a courtesy.

@havefunpk You have a point. The only way to know is to read that PD's policy. Policies vary from agencytoagency. Regardless, when there is a dispute between an officer and a citizen, the officer should have called for a supervisor.

If you don't sign the ticket, you immediately go to the county jail. That is the law in all 50 states
