I saw her sing this uncompromising message of Truth in Syracuse Spring 1979 on 2nd Chapter of Acts Mansion Builder tour. An incredibly powerful performance to witness that as she sang, she literally wept - as did the audience. I was very close to the stage. On tour with an international performing ministry myself, I spoke with Annie for a couple of minutes after the concert.She is the real deal. I told her that 2nd Chapter (I saw twice as our touring paths crossed) was the ONE group as a brand new Christ follower (1978) whose music quality exceeded secular music and that she was THE greatest performer I had ever seen (even to this day, but also, the best witness for Christ. More than any other performance I've seen (and they're in the tens of thousands), this song stuck with me vividly. I'd never heard it before that night or since until just now - and yet, I remember the unparalleled emotion, melody, words likeno other song ever. Thank you, Annie. Not sure I will ever see you in flesh again, but I know I will see you soon. I cannot wait to see you again worshipping at the throne of our Lord.God bless you and the 2nd Chapter of Acts ministry.
