So often this is evident in the frivolous, catchy sayings churches put out on their signs for people to see.... It grieves the heart of God to see in what shape so much of the Church is today

I think it was done in ignorance at the time. This song is anointed by the Holy Spirit; makes me want to draw closer to God.
