Mam, IGNOU se diploma in foreign language ya B.A hons. in foreign language hota hai kya agr hota hota h IGNOU se Krna better hoga ya phir offline University hi better hoga. mam kyunki mere liye college Jana possible nhi h but foreign language ka course Krna chahti hu

Btw I am in a dilemma about the colleges of du that from which college should i pursue Spanish as you chose to study french from bharti college, I'm thinking to pursue from st. stephens is there some kind of difference? why did you choose bharti college over ramjas or st. stephens??
The major difference between colleges is the faculty. When you learn a language, a teacher has the capabilities to either destroy your foundation or make it strong. That again comes down to the teaching style. In order to land in a good college, consult the seniors of the college who did the course you're looking for.
I chose Bharati College because I was doing B.Sc. (H) Mathematics from the same college. I made my choice according to the distance I could have travelled if I would have chosen a North Campus college.

Btw i stay in Greater Noida so for me travelling to either south or north campus is kinda mandatory to study 😂plus i did my graduation from DU toh it won't be problem for me to travel else it is more about the faculty right? Then i guess i should probably contact my amigos and ask em about the faculty of St. Stephens!

I've done French from both DU and AF. I did it from Bharati College.

There's no ideal time as such but I would suggest that you should join it after you've cleared DELF A2. Till then, work on the foundation of the language and give it some time.

Honestly, I would not recommend IGNOU. Try going for language exams (DELF) after taking private classes to get certified.

u can do japanese from private institutions like nihonkai in delhi or from du colleges. registrations are open of some colleges for part time course
