I'm so glad that your video popped up for me--- 1. I am also living in Europe 2. I love trying out new skincare ! 3. You have such a lovely energy about you--- I will definitely watch your other videos.
It was really great to hear your thoughts and experience with these products, thanks so much for sharing! Just want to shed a little light on formulation. I'm a formulator of a global skincare brand, and I know the point and value of the information that one should look to the first 5 ingredients to get a feel for the most active ingredients in a formula. Its a great place to start when learning how to find the best products for you, and avoid all the fillers. However, it's not completely true. There are so many extracts that are potent in very small doses, and therefore wind up at the end of an ingredient list. They are just as powerful as those in the first 5 on the list. Same can go for those in the middle of a formula. It's the potency of an ingredient that in these more elevated skin care brands determines where it goes in the formula. In brands who use a lot of fillers, the first 5 ingredient philosophy may be a good bet. But so many brands now are bypassing that filler nonsense, and so that rule of thumb may not apply. In an excellent, well rounded formula, all of the ingredient are in there at the proper dose for the best benefit.
Thank you. That totally makes sense. I think there are fewer fillers in French brands, but since so many brands used to use fillers for so long, I'm still quite wary...
Hi Adriel! Thank you for the review of Typology products. I have recently ordered a few of them, still waiting for them to arrive, and looking forward to beginning to use them!! Also skin could be too dry when we don’t drink enough water. I’ve noticed the difference once I increased my daily fluid intake. Thank you!!❤️🌹
Hi Adriel bon jour, this brand sounds very interesting. Did you say the prices are on the high side ? Do you know if it is sold in Canada? Je tu souhaite une super journée……….🤗🇨🇦
Hey! I just checked and it is sold into Canada through their "global" site. I just compared the euro prices to the US prices and it's definitely more expensive in the U.S. For example, the tinted serum is nearly double. Naturally, I know that's due to taxes and duties but understand that makes it much more expensive across the pond than it is in Europe.
Thanks will go and check it out. I will let you know about the prices. If it’s more expensive in the states then it even more expensive here in Montreal. Merci……..🤗🇨🇦
I've been intrigued by this brand for awhile but haven't tried anything yet. I was hoping they had a store in Paris and discovered that they only do mail order. I like the simplicity of minimal but quality ingredients and a more natural makeup look. They are a bit on the pricey side but look like they would last awhile. Not a fan of the metallic tubes though.
The products do last for awhile. You know, I don't actually know if the tube is metallic; it may be some sort of plastic, but I'll look. I would say that if you plan to try anything, maybe start with the vitamin C, tinted serum, or bakuchiol oil. I've seen people's skin before they started Typology and after; there is definitely a difference.
@@adrielfeliseI ordered several products last month. The tube is metal. I don’t love tubes generally, and these tubes push out way more product than I would ever need when I simply take the cap off…. It’s frustrating because it wastes a decent amount of product. I have the concealer in the metal tube. The concealer is really great, but I’ll go through it faster than I normally would because of how it is packaged. I love the dropper bottles though. I also bought two colors of tint and it works well that way. I get a lot of compliments, and I have mature skin. It is quick to apply and blends in well as long as I don’t apply a lot of product. It’s decent at evening out my skin tone for a nicely, more uniform look all without being super obvious. If you like skincare but also want light coverage makeup, definitely try this!
Thanks to your video, I finally bit the bullet to purchase Typology products. I love the skin tient! It works so well for me! The serums and moisturizer are also wonderful! We leave for Nice next week and if the brand is sold outside Paris I’ll be shopping! If not, I’ll just wait till I am back in Paris in the fall to load up! Thank you for an informative review!
Hi there’s thanks for sharing your experience as I’m looking to purchase a few items and decided to research before I clicked by order button. You said you used another vitamin c serum. What brand do you use?
I use the Skinceuticals Vitamin C serum, which is the best in the market. The only thing similar to the Skinceuticals is the Drunk Elephant Vitamin C, but it's not as stable as the Skinceuticals so you should only buy the little bottle as the big bottle will destabilize before you finish it.
It’s both. The people there take good care of their skin and the ingredient lists of the skincare there, is mostly shorter and really gentle on the skin.
I LOVE the tinted serum, but I do have to mix two colors. My face hasn't looked better since I started using this serum. Love it!
Yeah, I think I'll have to mix two colors too. Everyone I know who uses it absolutely loves it!

Aw thank you! This is a fun skincare brand; I do like it.

You’re welcome. I definitely know I don’t drink as much water here as I did in the U.S. I’ve had to get a special water bottle to help me. ☹️

Can you pls share the brand of vitamin C you use? Love your complexion.
I use the Skinceuticals vitamin C serum.

You’re welcome. They have a pop up right now in Printemps beauty if you want to purchase stuff live and in person.
Hi:) did you use L-33 eye serum with 5% caffeine+ 5% niacinamide?
Yes, I recently tried that this year. However, I really have not seen the results that I would've hoped for.
@@adrielfelise thank you ❤️
Have you tried the nighttime serum?
Which one?
What is your natural hair texture?
4c super curly and I love it.

Can I use the lip oil on my cheeks???
It’s intended for just the lips. I personally wouldn’t do it.
It’s not typology, it’s France, their water is one of the best in the world
It’s both. The people there take good care of their skin and the ingredient lists of the skincare there, is mostly shorter and really gentle on the skin.
