Pls share how to create macro
When I open any new excel sheet, automatically two macros gets open in my pc. When I unhide and hide is and go to delete in developer macros no records of file is shown there.
After following this I cannot create anymore personal macro workbook? I get an error saying personal macro workbook in the startup folder must stay open for recording. Is there a way to record again in a personal macro workbook?
in case other people have the same issue, the way to resolve this is to search for the Personal Macro Workbook on your C drive App Data roaming folder (exact location differs per device/workplace etc.) and open it there. After opening hide it instead of closing, after unhiding Excel 'closes' it for you, now it's available again to store macros in
