If you know the Chinese guy Xu Xiaodong who trained MMA that challenged other Chinese martial arts master including wing chun. You can see how he battered wing chun master in a real fight, they don't know how to defend theirselves, their attacks are weak and no direction. Seach: Xu Xiadong vs. Ding Hao, Xu vs. Lu Gang.

In my boxing sparring i use bong sau block to deflect and return Mayweather does the same but its called an elbow block . Also using pak sau attack after opponent fires lead, Manny Paqcuio does this when his opponent fires a lead he parries with right hand steps into dominant foot position and fire straight left simultaneously .
