Thank you! Yes, with such an amorphous object like Floppy the sandbag a elastic band works definitely better than a ring strap, because the former keeps the tension even when the sandbag changes its shape.

😮 you are really a level above the typical social media test fuelled fitness influencer.

      Thanks!
All the test I am fuelled with comes from my -icles. But I do want to be an influencer, because I want to influence people not to get bored with their training 😄

Very strong! tbh this is the only sandbag exercise I do. What was your max deadlift in your prime?

I usually stayed in the 5-10 rep range, but one time I worked myself up to 240kg for one still pretty clean rep. Otherwise, I used to do 200kg for 8 reps for a while.

      @@creativetraininghacks sumo or conventional?

@@victorstreet That one rep max was one of the rare times I tried sumo, because I felt that I might be somewhat stronger in it compared to conventional. But I also felt that sumo style didn't hit the muscle areas I primarily wanted to hit with deadlifts, namely inner upper back, lats and hamstrings. So I never really trained it, just tried it out occasionally out of curiosity.
