This is the day that I became acutely aware that there’s a whole community of runners who started running during 2020 or after that’s not aware of Road ID or similar products. I hadn’t been participating in as many races as I used to so it hadn’t really dawned on me that Road ID doesn’t share their product info at the races like they used to. I can’t recommend enough either Road ID or something similar-easily visible-for anyone who is running, hiking, walking, biking, etc. Having that contact information easily and readily available is so so soooo important when time is of the essence.
Yes I was there! Heather had already been moved to the side of the road by the time that I made it to that area. There was also a lady there who was trained in Wilderness First Aid as well as some other people from the medical community too. God was watching over Heather that day for sure🙏🏻.
