Walmarts in ny are empty by now probably. I went to three and first on Friday had just about everything. I just need black Adam from endless winter wave. I like this version but paint is a bit too matte finish for me. She can reach her arm back to pull the sword from the sheath.
I was not sold on this one. However, the gold label version I love ❤️ I would now get this figure without the frost king to have the extra head sculpt, the sword and sheath. The wings on the tiara are comic accurate. Found her at Target.
Hey FBF 👋, I've got 3 Wonder Woman figs so far; the McFarlane concept one. WW-1984, and getting the variant one with Dr Fate Helmet. This one still looks cool though too.
This is a great looking figure that is absolutely ruined with crappy ankle mobility and high heels. The ball joint is inserted vertically straight down into the boot. Come on Todd!
I don't know what to tell you, Josh. I really like this figure. I haven't acquired it yet but it's at the top of my list. With the way gas and food prices are these days, I'm kind of pinching pennies, so I'm waiting for a price drop on Amazon.
If you’re not going to do the whole Endless Winter BAF, I have a strong feeling they’re gonna give us a gold label solo variant down the road. But an amazon price drop would be a safe bet too.
What’s future state? I’m not a fan of the unfinished sheaths either, they look cheap, that said this figure looks more like a mythic legions figure to me, albeit with more fur trim that really needs paint, lol.
I absolutely love this figure! It has a very resin statue quality to it in person. I do wish they added some metal flake in the mustard yellow paint though. It is a bit flat... but it also does represents the comic art colors quite well if you've ever seen the pages for the Endless Winter series. There is indeed actually two variations of this costume in the comics. One that has the face guard tiara head piece (with the wings) and one like the figure you see in the toy card. So the head piece is definitely not an after thought, but by actual design of the source material. :) This was on my top list of must haves and I'm very happy with it. The face sculpt is the best part. Gold Label variant (if there is one coming) will be mine too. :]
I'm really back and forth on this figure. I love the design of the costume. But the butterscotch look kinda ruins it. Also you just can't really do anything with her. She's to stiff. Also I'm tired of the heels. I just had to kitbash that baf one to get as close to a normal ww as I can. Since mcfarlane refuses to give us one.
Out of both these new waves I only wanted the dark knight returns Batman,carrie Kelley and superman.but i still bought the whole wave just for the horse, now i gotta sell the joker figure 👍🏽 I did come across the frost king wave but that was an easy pass… i was on the fence for black Adam tho.🤔
Am I wrong or is her tiara never ever centered with the spike over the nose? I cannot find a single figure in the internet who has it centered? I wanted to buy one, but I think I skip her.
I enjoy this figure but it absolutely refuses to stand up for me and idk how to fix it. It's crazy. My mcfarlane swamp and clayface stand better than she can. Hell, Violator stands better than she can.
Do you want to rephrase that to acknowledge the fact that it says “Endless Winter” like 3 times on the side of all these boxes? Is the comic storyline “Endless Winter” not related to winter/cold? I know it’s a comic story line, that doesn’t change any opinions I expressed in the video.
@@JoshFromBefore The wording in your video heavily implies you attribute the design of this figure to Todd mimicking other toy line's style, and it had nothing to do with that. I just assumed you were like 99.99% of other toy collectors who are completely oblivious to the source material relating to a figure.

I’m surprised there are so many people trying to tell me that the “endless winter” wave isn’t winter themed lol are you guys high or what.
I gotta say all of McFarlane's Wonder Woman face sculpts have been really beautiful. Todd REALLY needs to give us a regular Wonder Woman though.

Yeah there is paint on there, but it’s the cheap kind. What this figure needs is metallic reds and golds all over

I am waiting for the Gold Label Mcfarlane, I ordered one from Walmart but I got the regular version so I had to return it now it's not in stock

The face sculpt si beautiful. The paint overall in the body looks really cheap and does look like having missing paint in other parts of the figure.
It has flaws. But I like it. It like 'What if' Wonder Woman had Thor's powers in 1980s Asgard. All she needs is a hammer.
