AHH! Memories of AC&Y's H- 16 - 44's and H -20 - 44's through Sycamore , Ohio from the mid to late '50's . The only thing missing from the video audio portion is the sounds of 16 and 20 cylinder OP engines pounding and drumming
    along at 45mph.!!

I bought an M5 about 2 years ago, then last year got a chance to go "unlimited air time" on it with a 100cfm tow behind compressor, it's a powerful thing having an M5 on demand for as long as you want.

Way too young for ever being able to listen to it on the line here in Rutland County Vt... Great video and a score on this vintage horn.

Todd Brown it might have came from 405. There is an image of it with a m5.

Maybe. It had an S3J, so maybe it was a backup horn while the S3J got worked on or seomthing

Gorgeous M5 horn music, just beautiful. Is that an A Major 7th I hear? Lovely piece of 1950's railroading. The M5 was very popular on the B&O and C&O, but of course that was long before my time.

Man, that was nice. You made that horn sing! Do you know the order in which the bells blow?

They pop up on ebay every so often. But if it is in working condition expect to pay above 1,000$ because one with every bell sounding goes for 3000$!
