This guy seems to think that “need to know” doesn’t include people you’re having sexual contact with. That’s bizarre. Isn’t that a felony in most places??
The Hilariously ironic thing about this is I guarantee you they 100% got it from someone that didn't disclose that they had it. I don't care who you are. No one is going to sign up to be with someone that has HIV. No one is going to sit here and say okay. I like you enough to still be in a relationship with you. No one so I guarantee you they didn't get it on purpose. So why are they advocating to give it to someone else on purpose?
if somebody has an STD, like HIV, and they tell somebody they have it and that person doesn't wanna date them anymore, then that is life. Sorry!! That is just how it is and how it should be. There are people that either don't care or have it themselves that will likely date u
*If* you have undetectable levels for 6 months you are considered not able to transmit it. You said it exactly correctly though, you can develop resistance to the medication. It's actually quote common and if you become resistant you are more likely to become resistant to other antiretrovirals. So yeah, it's pretty relevant. Long term therapy has retesting recommended 3-4 months so you have months of time where there could be resistance and you could be transmissible. Also like you said it's completely insane to compare it to diabetes, you know, a non contagious disease.
From an outsiders perspective, at times, all the states seem more like "mini countries" because there's sooo many different laws. and not just some random silly unimportant laws, but really important basic laws that some have and some don't that doesn't make sense.. United states seems more like Divided States and that's even without the political aspects 🤣🤣
It’s been like that since the 1700s. That’s why it’s called the United States. A State is a term for a country. So you could say it’s the united countries of america.
@@Rex73777 my bad i should have clarified that part better. i meant to emphasize the "united" part more like further down in the comment doesn't seem to be much unity except for the name
@@Diego_D7we used to be more unified. But I'm so glad for the states' differences. They allow us to move freely to escape crazy ruling places like CA. Even during the 2020 freakout we were allowed to cross state lines and move out of places like NY. Unlike Canada and their movement blocks between territories.
Example : If I said everytime I sneeze and you could get infected would you wanna hold my hand the same lol would you allow me to cook your food all the attention would be on my hand the whole time wondering if I washed my hands lol
I work at an HIV clinic and yes you definitely should tell your status on a need to know basis

Thats wild as hell man. Thats like picking up your homie and not letting him know theres a bomb in the car but it looks like its diffused 😂.

Ya, I side with you on pretty much everything and this is no different. Keep up the great content!
People arguing semantics. It's about honesty and respect, can't have a relationship with anyone without that anyway. But 304s gonna be 304s

100% agree.
I have diabetes and i would definitely tell someone that wants to be in my life because there is complications.
But why did he compare HIV with Diabetes? HIV is contagious, Diabetes is not.
I agree with you
And if you weld your axle, you're definitely not going anywhere. You could weld your differential😂 maybe that's what you meant
Indeed....but it was funny he said that it made me chuckle and made my End of the Day of working in a Shop much better.
