I've had that kit for years now works well and I have the old school ones to0.... I lucked out and bought a coolant exchanger came with two tank adapters worth $250 I paid $75 just did a video on a 05 1500 fuel pump damn rusty nightmare but the truck passed inspection no evap issues no more lol.... atleast it was the rad on that 03 and not a head gasket R&R the rad is easy!

They have the Maddox adapter kit at HF that would work with your matco because it is the same thing. I just picked up a Motorad set same as matco.I myself could not buy that Pittsburgh setup because looking at the pump housing being plastic and all the fittings. Good luck my friend.
Harbor freight's is okay by me for a whole lot of tool's. My first Harbor freight saw-all came from Harbor freight my older brother gave it to me I beat the heck out of it. I even tried to burn the motor up. The only thing I didn't like about it is I had to use an Allen wrench to change the cutting blade. I gave it to my olderest brother and bought the latest greatest style rotary saw/saw-all. If any of my tool's have broke they would exchange with no problem. If they don't carry the exact tool they will tried it in almost like it. They are always trying to make and carry better stock of tool's. I remember in the early 90s going to Harbor freight to buy auto body supplies, sand paper, tape, spray guns, roll out that store with $200.00 worth of supplies. It was not close to our town so I made shire I stocked up. Now those store's are in every other town. Some store's carry a lot more than other's. The first store I went into I think they bought in bulk because it was packed with all sorts of stuff

Mine is leaking in exactly the same area currently. Those plastic side tanks have always been a problem.
