I have to say that this channel has really peaked my interest in WWI. Growing up I was always interested in WWII and later, in my 20s, after watching Ken Burns’ series I became interested Civil War history. Now decades later you’ve given me another avenue of interest much like Ken Burns did for me years ago. Thank you.

My great grandad was one of the 14 men who survived there, amazing to see exactly what he saw when he went over and fought for that hill. thank you very much for making this video

One of my favourite places on the Ypres Salient, it never fails to impress me on every visit. Being the son of a Durham miner and also serving in the Royal Engineers…. I have a keen interest in the war below. Thanks for posting this Chris.
