- I just picked up a Pat's quick attach 3 point thingy from a fella who didn't want it. So, let's install it on the LS Tractor and try it out! I can't imagine that anything could possibly go wrong!
Here's a link to the Pat's Quick Hitch:

My Dad used to tell me ," when all else fails , read the directions " . He is long gone , but those words come back to me quite often , and it always gives me a chuckle .
😄 I might have read them a little before starting. Pretty sure I at least looked at the cover. Definitely took it out of the box.
I appreciate you showing me all of the mistakes I would have made before I made them 😂
I enjoyed the video and have a set of Pat’s coming soon.
You put left on right arm. Chris brace goes thru hole on longer side of pin in arm
Yep, I saw that too... The "stabilizer bar" has to fit in the holes (which should be facing on the inside) for setting the width, so it fits perfectly when back up to yer pins.
I Love mine. Have you ever used it with a post hole digger?
Haven't hooked a post hole digger up yet. I tried putting some posts in with the backhoe. It went...kinda not great, so when we throw in some new pretty fencing out front, I'll probably bring a digger home to try out
For people with incompatible implements like a frame mounted backhoe, would you recommend the Pat's or a quick hitch?
Pat's for sure. It's just a lot less to monkey around with
are you happy with them havent put mine on yet
They're great! The only thing i needed to change was swapping the nuts for nylock nuts. Buggers kept getting loose on me...
Use nylock nuts on u bolts... those jam nuts work loose
Definitely. I went back and did that a week later
You didn’t install the roll pins in your shims, then through the hole in bottom of the hitch, they will just fall out…..roll pins are to hold shims in place….
Did you even read the instructions before making the video?
It didn't look like it.
The issue was a bent pin. It was a used kit.
@@HomesteadBandwagon Yeah, I was thinking it was a used one, since they don't come with the pin through the hole new. Oh, and I noticed the stabilizer bar hole should be facing to the inside, so you can set your width when back'n up to yer pins, if your Pat's came with the stabilizer bar.
