Description :-A company called Marahar Power Control Private Limited at Kakkarwal village in Sangrur district manufactures control panels which are supplied to the industry. The organization also provides free training, hostel and employment opportunities to the youth, especially girls. The number of girls in such occupations is almost zero but in this organization only girls do the majority of the work. In this video, these girls are interviewed about their experiences.
