So much value in Biomechanical positioning! for me when I ride, I will make sure there is an equal amount of water in my boots so that the bike stays balanced a lot better and keeps more weight to the lower part of the bike! ahaha great video dude!
Your awesome! I needed a good laugh and you definitely got with that one! The worst is when one boot gets wet, and then the other one is dry! 2 soupy sock are always better than one! Hope all it well brother!
Thanks for the video. Looks like Peach Valley? Great place to ride. I’ve been looking for vids on riding mechanics of what is happening between feet and arms of tight single track. Something like Steward Baylor rides. Those micro nuances of feet pressure, bar press, movements you see those top cross country riders doing. Im pretty good at it, but want to know how much is going into handlebar control versus feet pressure and how to improve them working together faster. I see small improvements each ride I take, but know there has to be some other process to help improve. Thanks!
Yeah is such a great place to ride when the weather is right! There are lots of techniques about when to apply body weight to the foot pegs to micro adjust on the tracks and trails. I’ll make a video more specific on this for you soon. Focus on rider body positioning, as that’s the foundation of mastering your riding, then speed will come naturally as you get come control and confidence! I’m always here to help, so ask any questions you have!
How long have you been riding for? It’s and awkward feeling at first, but once you start standing in the proper form, it will actually become more comfortable to ride faster!
