FANUC Authorized Integrator, Dynamic Automation and Robotics designed and built a machine to assemble intracutaneous drug delivery devices for the pharmaceutical industry.
Technologies implemented includes a precision punch and die for product separation, a Cognex ViDi deep learning vision system for micro needle array inspection, and five FANUC SCARA and LR Mate robots with integrated Cognex cameras for precision part alignments.
