Crysis can't do that realtime without major slowdown on today's hardware. The videos where you see the massive physics in Crysis were prerendered also.
I figured it out. in the particles settings, you have to select 'none' instead of 'particles'. also you have to make sure that you enable the particle producer to be rendered.
Why is it that a bunch of the videos on youtube that have been rendered in blender seem to always be "Glitchy" if you will? They are always pausing and resuming vary quickly and that loading circle doesn't go away.
Actually, after you made the simulation ('recorded the Game physics to IPO'), you can go to the NLA editor (click the button at the bottom left of the 3D editor) and 'scale' the keys, so that they are denser. Then the simulation gets faster. I hope this helped you :)
first off, cool vid. secondly, I know how to make things explode by using the particles and the explode modifier, but my particles always render with a glow arounf them. how do I make the glow go away? thanks.
@HholyDiver42 I think that only happens because the videos tend to be very short, on average about 10-20 seconds, the youtube player is desgined to work with videos much longer than this. I think anyway...
i like it the way it goes. now you can see the details and stuff. great job
man thats great work!!

super cool
thanks.

so u dont need a physics card but would it it be easier to on the cpu if you had one
tyvm
is it a program if yes where can i find it ??

is there a easy way to make them stack like that
Can blender's physics handle combustion and expanding gases (explosions, etc)?
what is the thing that made it explode?
I've been looking for tutorials that leach that type of stuff but i cant find any that realy help
yo i need help. what version of blender do u use cause i use 2.48

can blender automatically make physics happen? like Phun?
Hey, I am trying to achieve such an explosion effect on rigid bodies with 2.54, do you have any idea how I could do that?
how do you make the background white like that?
do i need a physic card on my pc to play this game??
Exactly, it even says it in the video itself. Damn, people annoy me sometimes....
made before i was born
how handy
nice xD
By Fobbies are Borange?
What modelling Software?
no you don't need a physics card. hell ya, it makes a big difference, depending on how good you physics card is.
how much for blender????
...is the hug necessary?
How do you do stuff liek this?!?!??!
The only thing I can do is create objects and move them etc....
How do you animate liek this???
so easy to do in REALTIME
@Herlyskate It's really not.
yes blender is a program.
download it for free at blender3d dot org.
after a while u'll get used to it. Check out my blender Mountains Test tosee wat I mean. It only took me 2 days to get the knowledge to do it....
Look at the title or description before posting stupid comments.
Why recommend now
this is pre-rendered not real time so you cant compare to crysis
@Herlyskate
Maybe if you passed 3rd grade English Blender would be easier for you.
with bluetooth it might be possible XD
Hi me 2022 omg??
да тута есть хинкали как мы с тобой
