Today I tried this recipe and as usual it turned out awesome..Please add 1/4 cup more milk while making this.. because with 1 cup pf milk,the batter becomes too think which may lead to crack the muffins..So I've added 1/4 cup extra milk and it turned out yummy..I baked it in kadhai and it took 30mins to bake 6..Thank a ton @terrace kitchen for this wonderful recipe..Looking forward to making more recipes..
@@anuradhanair5678 low flame, always use low flame for baking. Or you can also go with the option of - 1st 10 mins on medium flame and then on low flame till it bakes completely. I hope this helps.
hey Priyanka!! made these today and i swaer these are the quickest and yummiest cupcakes I've ever had/made. the sweetness is just perfect not too sweet or less,the sponginess is to die for and the salted butter just takes these to the next level. I got perfect nine cupcakes in 15 mins, the same thing you mentioned in your video. Glad i found this recipe, and i would recommend this to everyone i know who bakes,haha . Thanks again
Made with exact measurements..muffins raised perfectly but din get brown color at all...they remained light cream in color...though my otg took 25 to 30 mins time ..what might be the reason..? Any problem with my otg..? Plz reply
Dear madam, uday here, today I have tried the cup cake, they are tasty but the top became crusty .I done on MCO turntable . Due to health issues I tried to curdling with lemon. Is it because of this and the batter was thoda thick and not as flowing as you have shown. kindly suggest.

Are cupcakes in all supposed to be healthy plus milk powder is ok at a certain extent .. If you don't want to use milk powder use eggs they are "healthier".. Don't try it if you don't like it but her recipe works and that's it

1 cup milk
1/4 +2 tbsp butter ( salted )
2 tsp vinegar
1&1/2tsp Vanilla essence
2cups all purpose flour or maida
1 cup powdered sugar
6tbsp milk powder
1tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
Preheat at 180 ° C for 10 minute & bake cupcakes for 12 - 15 minutes ....
1cups=120g or 200g

You might overmixed the batter or the temperature of the oven was high which can be the reason of hard outside and uncooked inside.
