Do you have to cut off one of the teeth on the fuse tap for it to fit properly? In the video it has only one “tooth” but the one I have looks the same but 2. Around 7:30ish
@@rlominski I actually never got around to buying them as I picked up a 2003 tundra around this time and dumped money into it to make it road worthy again. Haven’t modded the STi yet otherwise but honestly I still firmly think these are the way to go.
Was hoping I wouldn't have to take out the headlight assemblies in order to get at the turn signal light for the PnP harness (I have a '21 STI)...looks like I could get at the driver's side w/out removal, but the passenger's side...I've got too big of hands to get in there...
Wound up just taking off the passenger side head light, was simple enough. I think I got the wrong bezel from what I ordered though...ordered bezels w/ sequential turn signal, looks like I got the normal JDM bezel + light bar (no turn signal).
Never mind, got it sorted, I’m an idiot. For other folks who come here after me, make sure you plug the connectors all the way in on the PnP harness and the OEM harness, and if you don’t get the turn signal in the bezel, flip the PnP connector 180 degrees. Learn from my mistakes 😂
Hi, I have a 2015 WRX, but recently did a 2018-2020 front bumper conversion. I also have the Clear Tri-Bar Bezels with the add a fuse option, but I can’t figure out where to wire them. Am I missing anything to wire them and get them working? If so, could you guys tell me what all I’m missing.
I just bought these and I’m having a hard time getting two inner tabs to set. It is holding in place but the ones closest to the center of the bumper won’t seat. Both are doing this. Am I doing something incorrectly

...do you have the xenon lights w/the turn next to the headlights, active c-light drls, and mirror turns? If so, I think your setup is superior to these lights.
I just installed these on my 2019 sti and I got the turn signal pnp harness and the day time running light is working but the turn signal isn’t working on the bezel? Any fixes?
It is most likely that you have the negative and positive sides reversed on the turn signal harness. Where the turn signal harness plugs into the factory bulb socket (the one you removed from the headlight). unplug it and rotate one side 180 degrees so that it swaps the sides of the wires, this should fix it.
Can anyone link me that new relay module you need to buy, when I plug mine in the lights don’t turn off so I have to lift the wire every time I park or just leave it off completely
SUBIE BROS Sweet thanks for the heads up! I’m going to get the Tail as Turn module, I’m hoping that helps because it will no longer use the original blinker
Hey Daniel, The exact ones in these video use real OEM Subaru Bezels imported from Japan (more expensive but also more durable and a perfect fit). The ones that you are referencing for $199 are aftermarket bezels made by a 3rd party (non-OEM). We also have the aftermarket version available for $150 here: subiebros.com/2018-wrx-sti-drl-fog-light-bezels-w-fog-light-hole-sequential-turn-signals/
The harness powers the DRLs and fog lights (at the same time) by using the low beam switch. If the stock for low beam isn’t “on” or “auto” - while being dark enough to sense turning on - the harness won’t power on the fogs and DRLs. Yes, the only way to bypass this would be rewiring the entire harness that comes with this kit. Essentially making 2 of the same harness, first new harness would be running to the fogs with its own “switch” - adding a fuse to low beam is most common. Second new harness would have to run to a different “switch” say a different fuse holder (not low beam) that would come on separately from the low beams. If you want them to be separate Hope that makes some sense
Awesome! about time somebody makes these for us with 2018+ WRX and STI's. Thank you guys.
What if you dont have the special harness for the c lights?

Where did you get the yellow cable on mint 8.20. ????

The kit that I got has a different connection to the fuse. I also got the drl light harness add on. Is it supposed to connect to that fuse?
Hi on 8:50 of the video, you talk about the custom harness for the diode dynamic C light. Where can I purchase that in your store? 🤔
Literally. They make a video with this and then never respond. Were you able to figure it out?
@@ChildishJordino nope! I just t-tapped the turns and wrapped it with electric tape 😂

OEM bezels has much better fitment.. I had trouble fitting the after market bezel and ordered the OEM afterwards
Which brand did you buy? I had trouble with olm. They both cracked as I was installing them
I like these...I wonder if you have something like this for a 2017 subaru legacy
The2019 sti doesn't come with any signal what do I need for thee
We have a turn signal plug and play harness for the STI/WRX Limited. You can see it at 12:35
Is it possible to use these as just turn signals? Without the DRL function?
Will they fit a 2017 wrx ?
will this only work for 2018+? i have 2016 i was wondering if itll work?
These particular bezels only work with the 2018+ front bumper. If you were to do a bumper conversion then it would work.

Sweet video , im going over to the website
Will replacing the flasher relay cause any issues with the rear blinkers if they’re not leds?
No they won't, the only downside to it is that when a bulb does go out, you won't be alerted by the faster flashing.

Does anyone else have issues with the fitment?
what if i do not have turn signals below stock? can i still add these?
Yes, they replace the factory turn signals since the LED bars have built in turn signals. It is plug and play.
will they fit a 2021?
Yes, the 2021 modes is identical to the 2020 model so any parts that fit a 2020 will also fit a 2021.
