I'm from Oklahoma and I live in Oklahoma and I will say that Tulsa is extremely beautiful. But it is equally extremely dangerous. Tulsa is gangbanged out in a real way for real. Oklahoma City is the same.

Worked at 202 E Archer St. Allied Printing. Lived in a small really nice hotel. Ate at Mary's restaurant. Had breakfast at a little drug store in the Tulsa Hotel. Also ate at the Denver Grill. Drank draft Coors with a green olive in it at a bar called The Green Dragon Lounge. Bartender was Joann Blevins! I miss those days with Joann, Sharon Moore and Cindy Poplin. Best ever Chicken Fried Steak was across the street at a restaurant named Jerry's!
This was all downtown in the late 60's and early 70's. Remember a small bar that was shaped like a pineapple!
